We are excited to announce a role within our specialised implementation team in APAC that will be instrumental in supporting and driving the continued growth in this client-service area.
Working closely with the Implementation Services Director, this role is for a senior leader and technology practitioner who will be responsible for leading the delivery of SaaS software solutions for mid-sized and enterprise-level clients. We are looking for someone that shares our passion for seamless customer-service, and possesses the right skills and experience in consulting services delivery and project management.

What you'll be doing
Leading client solution scoping, with a passion for process optimisation and an eye for solution design
Become a product expert – learn the facets of this highly configurable platform and be able to showcase it to clients
Develop delivery plans and documentation; including kick-off documents, solution scopes and project management plans
Project manage the delivery of implementations including regular communications and updates with clients
You don't mind getting hands-on and building custom forms and API integrations and configuring our software for clients if needed
Contribute to the establishment and continuous improvement of internal structures, systems and processes
Manage relationships with senior client contacts and other leaders to provide key leadership and oversight to large client implementations
Coaching clients teams on how to embed IntelligenceBank within their businesses and show them the way with best practice change management, training and adoption practices
What you bring to the table
Bachelor degree with a relevant major
Minimum of 10 years' experience delivering complex solutions to mid-large sized clients
You possess demonstrated implementations delivery experience within a SaaS/software or professional services consulting business
Experience in supporting sales teams to sell SaaS or professional services consulting deals
You are passionate about solving business and technology challenges with leading edge solutions
Confident and persuasive communicator – people listen when you speak
Well-developed mediation and negotiation skills
Aware of technology trends and the implications of change management of technology implementations
You challenge the status quo – there is always a better way
You're self-managed, highly organised, and detail driven
Desirable skills and experience
Project Management qualifications or demonstrated successes in this area
Exposure to large marketing operations teams
Document asset management systems knowledge
