Approvals Made Easy with Compare Versions Tool

Ever wondered if those change requests you made were actioned? Well, comparing versions of a file has never been easier with IntelligenceBank’s Compare Versions tool.

Markup Comments and Proofing is an IntelligenceBank feature that allows teams to collaborate on a resource being created or updated as part of a review process. One of the most important actions within this feature is the ability to Add a New Version / Revision. This allows for changes to be requested, actioned offline and uploaded as a new file for further feedback or approval.

The Compare Versions/Revision page allows you to see 2 files side by side, making reviews simple.

Now, in addition to the helpful features of our Proofing tool, users are also able to compare versions of a file in its review process, allowing them to easily see the differences between two versions. Having both files on the same screen makes comparing Version 1 to Version 2 seamless, allowing you to quickly see if the updates requested in Version 1 have been actioned.

When using the compare tool, you have full visibility of comments made on all versions of the file, allowing you to understand the actual changes requested, and when.
