Sales Development Representative

About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at IntelligenceBank, you will be creating and qualifying new sales opportunities for our sales team. We’re looking for a driven individual who possesses a curious mind and who understands the rewards behind the challenges of outbound prospecting. Also, you'll be managing a critical part of our sales process by qualifying inbound MQL prospects and managing Inbound SQL’s that are assigned to you by VP of Sales.

What you'll be doing

  • Work closely with the APAC Sales Team to develop targeted lists, call strategies and messages to drive leads to that convert to active opportunities
  • Set appointments (face to face or web-based demos) for Account Executives to feed the new business pipeline
  • Engage in high-level conversations with a range of clients, typically in the C-level space
  • Build a deep understanding of our clients, their markets and the business opportunity
  • Research and profile a range of targeted accounts to build pipeline
  • Strategic prospecting, social targeting, cold calling and emailing Editing and maintaining outbound scripts and templates as directed by the VP Sales
  • Provide on-site and web-based product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Represent IntelligenceBank at events (including conferences, expos, tradeshows, forums, and meetings) with a focus on building sales opportunities
  • Develop and implement an ongoing personal sales plan to ensure monthly targets and KPI’s achieved through building sales revenue, new business, and new clients
  • Support and implement marketing initiatives as required
  • Provide insights to "what prospects are saying" and types of sales collateral that are needed
  • Meet or exceed targets for qualified leads, calls, appointments set and other activity metrics
  • Utilise a wide variety of tools for lead generation, emailing, call scheduling and researching of target organisations
  • Support and implement marketing initiatives as required
  • Manage and report on sales activity weekly
  • Participate in regular sales and product training
  • Maintain a CRM database of all leads, opportunities and activities undertaken and report on time

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years' experience in B2B tech sales as an SDR/MDR
  • Experience in outbound sales
  • High-level of proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken
  • Ability to give and receive feedback – you will collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to drive process improvements
  • High energy and willing to learn


  • B2B SaaS experience
  • Domain experience in cybersecurity or supply chain information risk
  • Experience with Hubspot, Outreach.io, and Salesforce
