SaaS Implementation & Training Manager

Due to exceptional growth, we are excited to announce a new role within our specialised implementation team in APAC that will be instrumental in supporting and driving continued growth in this client service area.

Reporting to the Implementation Services Director, this role will be responsible for the delivery of SaaS software solutions for new small to medium sized clients, and training requirements for clients (including large and enterprise). This is a high volume, fast throughput project role with the Implementation and Training Manager being assigned new small to medium sized accounts (not uncommon for this to be 15-20 at a time or more as business needs grow) as well as being required to perform scheduled and ad-hoc training for large and enterprise new client projects, which will include interstate travel.

What you’ll be doing

  • Welcoming new clients to the IntelligenceBank community taking them through from handover from sales to launch (and then handover to Customer Success)
  • Undertaking all necessary tasks to implement and onboard your allocated portfolio – which may include scoping and discovery, platform configuration, QA, UAT, administrator and end user training
  • Identifying how to create a solution to client needs based on our OOTB functionality and the modules purchased
  • This role covers implementation of all IntelligenceBank products – Marketing, Boards and Risk & Compliance – diversity is key!
  • Clients will range from small to medium sized marketing teams, boards of companies and not for profit organisation, and risk/compliance teams.
  • You’ll train your own onboarding clients to use and engage with their IntelligenceBank platform post launch then handover to the Customer Success team
  • Assist in the creation of training materials and deliver training sessions as needed to large and enterprise clients at end of project delivery by the wider implementation team – sessions can be a few hours to several days/weeks
  • Whilst we love free thinkers and free spirits, you’ll need to follow our recipe for success, but bring us ideas for new best practice

What you bring to the table

  • A methodical approach to implementation and onboarding – the process should feel personalised to clients whilst following our tried and tested processes
  • Clients love working with you – your references will speak to your expertise
  • A room full of new IB users won’t phase you – your training style is engaging and non technical to make adopting new technology easy
  • You love communication – written or verbal – you know great communication and expression is the key to a great new customer experience
  • You challenge the status quo – there is always a better way
  • You’re a chameleon and effortlessly change your style to suit each customer
  • You’re self-managed (micro management lovers need not apply), highly organized, and detail driven
  • You can write a well worded email, know how to use spell check and can speak in “human terms” – we don’t do tech speak unless we absolutely have to. 

Other things it would be helpful to be good at:

  • You’ve used Salesforce before and know your way around it (and not afraid to use it!)
  • If you happen to know how to use Adobe CreativeCloud then that would be a bonus
