Due to exceptional growth, we are excited to announce a new role within our specialised implementation team in APAC that will be instrumental in supporting and driving continued growth in this client service area.
Reporting to the Implementation Services Director, this role will be responsible for the delivery of SaaS software solutions for new small to medium sized clients, and training requirements for clients (including large and enterprise). This is a high volume, fast throughput project role with the Implementation and Training Manager being assigned new small to medium sized accounts (not uncommon for this to be 15-20 at a time or more as business needs grow) as well as being required to perform scheduled and ad-hoc training for large and enterprise new client projects, which will include interstate travel.
