With our focus on reaching even greater heights, we are now seeking a Help Desk/Software Support Coordinator who can support our clients with their knowledge of Adobe CC, respond to help desk inquiries, resolve client issues and work with the technical team to ensure issues are escalated appropriately.
This is a Software Customer and Sales Support role suited to someone with 4-6 years’ experience. In the role, you will assist with managing the support channel, respond to client inquiries in a timely manner, troubleshoot technical and configuration questions about the software, resolve or escalate as required.
