With our focus on reaching even greater heights, we are now seeking a Help Desk/Software Support Coordinator who can support our clients with their knowledge of Adobe CC, respond to help desk inquiries, resolve client issues and work with the technical team to ensure issues are escalated appropriately.


About the Role

This is a Software Customer and Sales Support role suited to someone with 4-6 years’ experience. In the role, you will assist with managing the support channel, respond to client inquiries in a timely manner, troubleshoot technical and configuration questions about the software, resolve or escalate as required. Specifically the role entails:

  • Provide online support regarding how people use our software through Helpdesk ticketing (ZenDesk)
  • Assist with pre-sales support activities as required, including configuring client portals with custom landing pages, adding or migrating data and configuring forms
  • Assist with client implementations including adding custom landing pages, data migration, setting up single sign on
  • Participate in other projects as requested which may include QA/Testing of new software releases
  • Based in our US office in Irvine, CA


About You

  • You are developing a career in Customer Support in fast moving SaaS space
  • You get excited about new technology and learning new things comes naturally to you
  • Technical Customer Service skills
  • You are interested in MarTech
  • HTML and CSS skills a must
  • Proficient in the ADOBE Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Proficient in JavaScript is a bonus
  • You understand technology and SaaS, are good with customers and like to help
  • Ability to present to customers both in person and via the internet
  • You are a team player - willing to go the extra mile for your colleagues and customers
  • You are reliable, consistent, positive, inquisitive, fast learner and have great attention to detail
