IntelligenceBank is managed by an experienced team of technology and information management professionals. Team leaders for each key operational area are:

Tessa Court, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Tessa is the CEO of IntelligenceBank, where she leads corporate strategy, strategic partnerships and international expansion. Prior to IntelligenceBank, Tessa was the CMO at Hitwise online competitive intelligence. During her 9 years at Hitwise, she also led international sales and operational expansion in Australia, Asia, US and the UK. Tessa has held board positions for software, agency and non-profit organisations. Before moving to Australia in 1999, Tessa was based in New York City, where she managed new business and multi-national clients for Ogilvy and BBDO advertising. Tessa also has a background in digital product development, and media research. Tessa has a BA (with Honours) in Political Science and Spanish and an MA in Latin American Studies.

Keith Pepper, General Manager, IntelligenceBank USA

Keith Pepper leads sales, marketing and data partnerships for IntelligenceBank in the US market. Previously, he held a variety of senior leadership roles at Experian Marketing Services, where he was SVP of Experian Hitwise, where he worked from 2004 to 2010. He has worked in online market research for more than seven years, including time at Jupiter Media Metrix where he was responsible for custom research engagements and managed Jupiter's work in emerging markets in Asia Pacific, Latin America and the Middle East. Keith brings an eclectic mix of both online and offline media, marketing and sales experience to his role at IntelligenceBank. Keith has a bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Management with a minor concentration in Business from the University of Georgia.

Charly Vanni, Information Management and Application Consultant

Charly manages key accounts and leads product marketing initiatives for IntelligenceBank. Prior to IntelligenceBank, Charly was most recently with the Australian Trade Commission, where he was an export advisor and relationship manager for over 80 organisations across several industries. Originally from France, Charly worked in various business development, project management and website data management roles. Charly has a Bachelor's Degree of Law and Political Science, an Honours Degree of International Relations and a Master’s Degree in International Business and Economic Intelligence.

Damien, O'Rourke, Chief Technology Officer

Damien is the CTO of IntelligenceBank, and leads all infrastructure, programming and systems initiatives for the company. Damien joined IntelligenceBank from WebFirm, and prior, held the position of CTO at Legion Interactive, carsales.com.au and GlobalCenter. Damien's expertise lies in technical staff management, along with architecture design, and creating scalable systems for high capacity web-services. He also specializes in sales operations management, where creates efficiencies via technology solutions within internal operations.

Tarak Bhavsar, Technical Implementation and Information Integration

Tarak leads both usability and client implementation projects at IntelligenceBank. Tarak joined IntelligenceBank from Freshtel Holdings, where he developed VOIP related products and services. His rich skill-set includes creating complex web application developments and user interface design for several businesses across industries. He also has extensive quality control and data integration experience, which makes him invaluable for integrating data sets from primary sources within IntelligenceBank. Tarak has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Application and a Masters in Applied Science in Information Systems.

Liam O'Boyle, Technical Projects

Liam leads various technical projects for IntelligenceBank. Liam has vast experience in software programming, technical staff management and database development. Holding various technology management positions at software development firms, medical facilities and the New Zealand Post Electoral Enrolment Centre, Liam also brings to IntelligenceBank excellent system-wide database management, software performance optimisation, technology integration and data centre management skills. Liam has a Bachelor of Science Degree (with Honours) in Computer Science.
