Veolia Transport Australasia (VTA) deploys IntelligenceBank on a project by project basis to streamline the management of their tender documents’ drafting and submission processes. With IntelligenceBank, Ballarat Regional Tourism (BRT) offers industry members 'live' online access to market intelligence and promotional planning, thus democratising information from the largest attraction to the smallest B&B. More than 250 Ballarat tourism operators are being provided with secure online access to the portal, with automatic alerts configured to update them when new or updated tourism intelligence and data is made available to them.
Fonterra Food Services: Global Sales & Marketing Portal
IntelligenceBank is the online information and resource sharing platform for Fonterra’s global food service division and is used by its Melbourne head office to manage and streamline communication between the sales, marketing, product development and operational divisions worldwide. During implementation, IntelligenceBank configured the system based on their needs, migrated all information, users and user groups as well as collaborated on every detail to ensure their launch was a success.
