As IntelligenceBank KM software is user friendly, selected end users who contribute to the knowledge base can add information to their specified areas.  If you have participating vendors or agency partners, they can be granted publish access, but have limited access to the rest of the portal.      

 

End Users

End users can be given access to view online only or view and download.  For specified information sets, you can email links to non registered users.
