IntelligenceBank is a secure, online knowledge management service designed to make it easy to leverage a company’s intelligence assets such as customer insights, marketing resources, financial/kpi performance data, business intelligence and other documents.

It is an active platform, in that it integrates your existing corporate data, with live external data feeds from third party services.

IntelligenceBank has been specifically designed to be visual - to make it easier to find and digest information, open - to interact with primary data sources, and customisable - to ensure categorisation of your information mirrors your corporate language relating to customers, channels to market and products.

IntelligenceBank has been created to easily share vast amounts of data and information to a geographically disperse group of people. Unlike intranets which tend to be one dimensional 'internal websites' - IntelligenceBank has been specifically designed to manage and dissemenate vast amounts of documents, charts, real-time data feeds, product and competitive profiles and internal staff feedback on specific business operational themes. IntelligenceBank also has the capability to actively integrate live data feeds and links to primary data providers to complement internal data.

While IntelligenceBank can be used as an Intranet, in many cases, with our single-sign on integration, IntelligenceBank becomes an information management "App" off your existing website or intranet.

A data dashboard is just that – data points centralised in a common place that companies are measured upon, usually without the capability of providing extensive context and commentary. IntelligenceBank includes a data dashboard module within its offering of document storage, product profiling, media monitoring and an internal online forum. Most compelling, is that IntelligenceBank allows for either direct feeds of data (i.e. sales figures, financials, call centre enquires), or a lower-tech option, to feature power point slides as key data points.

There are several pre-configured modules that can be instantly used to store and share intelligence assets. The IntelligenceBank service was initially launched in 2004 by Streetscope Research Pty Ltd as a means to connect decision makers with consumer insights. In 2009, IntelligenceBank Pty Ltd was created to further develop the offering to include other information types and formats. IntelligenceBank is a privately held company.

Information security is our priority. IntelligenceBank has pre-configured a range of security precautions to prevent your data being accessible outside your organisation. Key security features include:

• Encryption - We employ SSL encryption, to ensure that all information (passwords, user information and data) that passes ‘over the internet’ between IntelligenceBank and your users is secure.
• Authentication - IntelligenceBank domains have a digital certificate, which verifies by a third party that your company’s IntelligenceBank belongs to a legitimate, pre-defined server.
• Redundancy and Backup - All servers are stored in our managed data centre, are firewall protected and have extensive back-up and redundancy procedures. Your information is backed up on a daily basis on-site, and via a secure connection 'off-site' at separate managed, premium data centre weekly.
• Restricting and Allowing IP Addresses - Administrators can pre-determine which IP address ranges they would like to restrict or allow access to IntelligenceBank.
• Internal Hosting Options - Companies can also opt to host IntelligenceBank internally by your IT department.
• Failed Logins - Any repeated failed login attempts will be reported to IntelligenceBank and your company’s administrator.
• Password Re-set - Assign any frequency to ask users to reset their passwords.
• Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement - As part of our agreement with you, it is our standard practice to enter into a confidentiality agreement, should your IntelligenceBank account manager need to access your company’s IntelligenceBank for any reason.
• Physical Security - Our premium data centres employ best practice climate control, security access and real-time monitoring of the service.

IntelligenceBank is a secure, web-based service that comes with several pre-designed tools that are easy to instantly customise. This means, you can be up and running within a matter of minutes – not days on the following secure website: companyname.intelligencebank.com.

IntelligenceBank offers an in-depth ‘start-up’ training session for your company’s key users, to get your IntelligenceBank used by your team quickly. We also offer ‘bulk information uploading’ services to pre-populate your IntelligenceBank. Importantly, IntelligenceBank is so easy to use that end-users do not require extensive training.

The service is completely customisable and enables you to:

• Feature your corporate branding
• Showcase documents, RSS feeds and API data feeds from various sources in one place.
• Grant levels of access based on operational levels of responsibility and seniority.
• Re-name Intelligence Tools on the main navigation.
• You can also add new modules (i.e. Google Gadgets) depending on your business needs. IntelligenceBank is an open platform, and can easily integrate with primary data sources through API’s.

The service can either be securely hosted by IntelligenceBank, or by your internal IT department. Many IT departments prefer to outsource hosting, as storing data externally alleviates ‘bandwidth load’ on the system and support issues.

We provide comprehensive support with a dedicated account manager, free upgrades to purchased Intelligence Tools and Features and start-up implementation and training as part of annual contracts. Online telephone and email support are provided free of charge throughout your contract. If a new Tool or Feature is purchased, live training demonstrations are offered free of charge. We also continually provide our clients with ROI reports, to ensure you get the most out of IntelligenceBank.

The IntelligenceBank service is guaranteed to a 99% up-time. However, from time-to-time, there will be pre-defined, scheduled maintenance where the service may not be available during non-peak business times.

IntelligenceBank offers the following added value services:

• Business Intelligence Analyst – a qualified senior researcher/business analyst, who will analyse data/insights for a specific project, or who can provide regular summaries of what your information is ‘telling you.’ Contact us for more information.
• Insight Management – while administrating IntelligenceBank is relatively easy and does not require significant time commitments, some companies prefer to outsource this function. Our Insight Management Specialists are available to service your IntelligenceBank on a daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly basis to upload resources as required.
• Technical Support – if you wish to further customise IntelligenceBank, by adding additional features or to host the service internally, our experienced technical support team can assist.
• Additional Product Training – IntelligenceBank is so easy-to-use that end user training is rarely required. However, if your team should require additional on-site training, we offer a comprehensive usage training service.
